EDGE (Every Day God Encounters)

EDGE is our ministry to children and youth. EDGE stands for Every Day God Encounters. We believe God is active in the world and the lives of each of us every day. We want our children and youth to encounter God daily in people, situations, and creation. We also want them to experience God through worship, scripture, service, and prayer. Our Sunday morning groups provide opportunities to experience God and his creation.

At a Sunday morning gathering, we offer:

EDGE Nursery (Newborn – Age 4)

EDGE Kids (Primary – Grade 5)

EDGE Youth (Grades 6-12)

If you are a visitor to our service and wish for your child/youth to attend EDGE Ministries, we will ask you to complete a short registration form for each child, or you can pre-register by clicking here. Regular attenders can register their children here. Parents/guardians sign their children into the EDGE program before the service. EDGE Nursery and EDGE Kids participants must be signed out by a designated adult at the end of the service. Parents/Guardians are welcome in our ministry area. We offer a variety of ministries and events for children and youth. In-Service Day Camps are available for children in Primary-Grade 5 during AVRCE In-Service Days. Messy Science is an exciting day of science exploration for children in Primary-Grade 5 where Acadia University professors provide hands-on experiences for children in a camp-like atmosphere. We also offer quarterly family events and Vacation Bible Camp. EDGE Unlimited is our bi-weekly youth ministry.
