Vipin Joseph - Mentored Ministry Student

Vipin is a current student at Acadia Divinity College, having moved from India in September 2023 to begin his Master of Divinity program. Since December 2023, he has been serving as the part-time Futuring Hub Research Assistant at Acadia Divinity College.

Raised in a small tribal village in northern region of India, where his parents were missionaries, Vipin sought a theological program that would challenge him and push him out of his comfort zone. He was eager to study under Christian professors, and Acadia Divinity College proved to be the perfect fit. He desires to deepen his theological education to enhance his effectiveness in spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ to the unreached, both in word and deed.

Vipin’s professional background includes IT human resource management at Tata Elxsi, a company specializing in embedded software systems, as well as project management at Sparrow Foundation, a social work organization. He has also been actively involved in ministry in various roles, including an Assistant Pastor, Youth Pastor, and Youth Leader. He holds an MBA in human resource management and marketing from Anna University, along with a Bachelor of Computer Applications from Shukla University.

Vipin is married to Achsah John, and together they have two daughters Elianah and Eliorah.
