people worshipping God
and proclaiming the Christian story
through music.
We envision a place of welcome and hospitality
where all are encouraged to share their gifts,
where faith may grow in a climate of reverence and
joy.

where music is an integral part
of spiritual formation,
shaping our lives as disciples of Christ,
proclaiming a vision of a possible life –
a world in harmony with God’s design.
We envision a community of all ages and various
cultures
where we acknowledge that the worship of God
includes a variety of musical expressions.
We seek to foster creativity,
joyfully affirming our unity in the Body of Christ.
We envision a community reaching out through music
to the town, university, and beyond;
where education in music
and learning to appreciate the music of the Church
is upheld as a sacred trust.
We envision a community where we pursue excellence
for the love of God
